My first solo student project "Shade Hunt." The game is more of a proof of concept focusing around 2D platforming and atmosphere highlighted by the music and sound design.
To fit the character of a medieval warrior, I decided to focus on his anger. He wants to kill the Shade with all his might. To highlight this, I decided to go heavy on the music and lighter on the sound effects. This meant heavy guitars, bass and drums in an 8-bit style to fit the pixel art.
